Are you a passionate, patriotic American? We are looking for 50 motivated leaders who are eager to showcase their native state’s resources, landmarks, and local culture. Join us on our journey to foster and reinvigorate the American Dream. As a Mini America Affiliate, you will become the ambassador and main investor of your respective state and will be in charge of sourcing products, exhibits, and educational partners for your state’s pavilion within the Park. This is all to showcase what your state adds to the Union culturally, industrially, and economically.
All Affiliates must be advocates for putting the country before politics and must focus on building bridges rather than creating divisions. Ideal Affiliates are successful, proven entrepreneurs that possess plenty of individual drive while also being able to work within and contribute to the greater Team.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Financial
Affiliates will be responsible for spearheading their state’s investment into the Mini America Initiative via a $50,000-$250,000* buy-in. This sum can be paid in installments with 10% ($5,000) due down. Functioning like a franchise buy-in, though fundamentally different as an affiliate program, this up front investment will reap a 50-50 profit share partnership with regards to the affiliate’s product sales online and at Mini America Park. In addition, options for a stake in Mini America Development, LLC will be offered.

Business
Affiliates will be responsible for sourcing products that represent their state and uphold the overall vision of the Mini America Initiative to support “Made in the U.S.A.” products to create American jobs. The sale of these products will result in the 50-50 profit share opportunity described under the Financial responsibilities section. In addition, affiliates must aid in the scouting of corporate sponsors within their state for business partnerships, attraction sponsorship, etc.
Creative
Affiliates will be responsible for working with the Mini America creative design group in order to create their state’s pavilion at Mini America Park and properly represent their state virtually. This will involve forming partnerships with various historical associations, landmarks, museums, and state and local government in order to accurately portray their state’s history, culture, and vision for the future.
